FAQ

  • What do you charge?

  • Rates change often, but as of October 1st, 2023, we charge a flat rate for all services of $125 an hour. This flat rate simplifies the process for everyone: shooting, filming, editing, anything—all billed at $125 an hour.

  • What types of services do you offer?

  • Nearly anything you could think of. We provide aerial photography and videography with drones, time-lapses with action cams, cinema-quality filming with Netflix-approved camera systems, studio and set quality audio with professional microphones and recorders, media editing from professional and certified editors on purpose-built workstations, professional backdrops and props for in-studio photography, graduate-degree-level writing and copy-editing services … likely far too much to mention here.

  • Do you provide music, graphics, or any other elements for our video?

  • Yes. Any element needed to produce or edit your video will be provided or created. All is included in the above hourly rate.

  • How many edits are included?

  • Because we charge hourly, we have no limit on edits, changes, or alterations.

  • How long before I see a draft or a finished product?

  • That depends on what you’ve hired us to create. For instance, from conception to delivery, this advertisement for the band Oliver Hazard for their concert at 5th/3rd field took a grand total of 48 hours; but for others it has taken months and dozens of people (our short film I Will Shobu the Way for Shobu by Kengo and Hollywood Casino took three full days to shoot, two months to edit—with at least 40 separate VFX shots—and a half-dozen workers). During your first meeting with us, we can help estimate that time for you.

  • Do you film or photograph weddings?

  • No, we do not. However, we recommend JFM
